What shipping options do you offer? We offer the following shipping methods to all customers in the United States:

How long does delivery take?
- Express orders usually arrive in 3-6 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Are your fans quiet? Many of our fans are designed for quiet operation, especially our bedroom and office models. Noise levels are clearly listed on each product page (measured in dB).
Do you sell rechargeable / battery-powered fans? Yes, we have a wide selection of portable rechargeable fans perfect for travel, camping, office desks, and outdoor use.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the fan is in unused condition, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
What if my fan arrives damaged or defective? Please contact us right away with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Do your fans come with a warranty? Yes, all fans come with at least a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Some models offer longer warranties.
Orders & Payment
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account under “Order History”.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
